How do i submit a maintenance request?

Students are able to submit a 维护请求 using their 学生宿舍门户网站. Alternatively, you can submit a 维护请求. 

请注意:住宅住房办公室不处理或处理维修请求. Our office simply partners with LMU's Maintenance & 保管的团队 to ensure that students' residential spaces are sanitary, 安全, 而且工作正常. Timelines for request completion is at the discretion of LMU's Maintenance & 保管的团队. 

HOW DO I FIND MY HOUSING ASSIGNMENT?

HOW DO I KNOW WHO MY ROOMMATES ARE?

HOW DO I REQUEST A ROOM CHANGE?

HOW SHOULD I CONTACT THE OFFICE OF RESIDENTIAL HOUSING?

HOW DO I SUBMIT A HOUSING WAIVER TO LIVE OFF CAMPUS?

To Qualify to Live Off-校园 as an 本科 Student, one must: 

  • Be 21 years of age or older,

WHAT SHOULD I PACK WHEN MOVING TO LMU?

WHERE DO I FIND THE RESIDENTIAL HOUISNG POLICIES?

WHAT IS THE CHECK IN PROCESS FOR NEW AND RETURNING STUDENTS?

WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN PROCESS FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS?

Students who are on a 12-month contract will be permitted to move in 1.租期开始后5周，必须完成整个入住手续

WHAT IS THE CHECK OUT PROCCESS?

本科/Master's Students Winter Check-Out:

    • 退房流程 
      • 打扫房间/公寓

        • Clean bathrooms, sweep floors, clear desks, shelves, closets, etc.
        • Ensure all appliances are clean
        • Dispose of all perishable food items 
        • Fines WILL be charged for improper cleaning.
      • 大学家具
        • Broken/missing furniture will result in a fine.
      • Unplug all unnecessary appliances (except refrigerator)

  • 除非学生在春季学期不返回宿舍，否则在冬季闭馆期间不领取钥匙.

本科/Master's Spring Check-Out:

        • Clean bathrooms, sweep floors, clear desks, shelves, closets, etc.
        • Ensure all appliances are clean
        • Fines WILL be charged for improper cleaning.

        • Broken/missing furniture will result in a fine.

  • RAs will leave a Pass/Fail slip in each room after the HSI is complete. 
  • If students fail a HSI, a follow up HSI will be completed within 72 Hours.

HOW DO I ACCEPT/CONTEST MY ROOM CONDITION REPORT (RCR) PRIOR TO MOVING IN?

To complete your 房间状况报告, complete the following process:

HOW DO I BECOME A RESIDENT ASSISTANT OR GRADUATE HOUSING COORDINATOR?

住宿助理(RAs)和研究生住房协调员(ghc)的申请在学年的春季学期开放. MyLMU公告、社交媒体帖子和电子邮件将显示申请打开的时间. 所有申请人将在选择即将到来的学年之前完成完整的面试过程. 

RAs and GHCs receive free housing as compensation for their role.
